Ryan Reynolds Thanking his Team

Actor Ryan Reynolds shared all his struggles for the movie with uploading some pictures in Instagram with his teammates and with fans and also sent a special thanks to the whole team for their great work and assistance with the long caption “A big part of our job is to make it look easy. The relentless #DeadpoolAndWolverine global tour isn’t always easy. No complaints!!! But sometimes you show up and it feels like your brain has been lobotomized by a claw hammer… you’re desperately searching for a gas pedal when all you can find are brakes and a reverse gear. I’m grateful to Toronto for putting the paddles to my chest this morning.

A month of sipping sensory input through a firehose sorta warps your normal sense of pace, space and time. You understand you have a job to do. The journalists you’re meeting have a job to do. It’s a simple but important transaction and I wanna deliver. But I didn’t step up for Toronto. Today, Toronto stepped up for me.

Very thankful to @jessie_rae57 for starting us off with some much needed laughs on @thesocialctv. It was perfect. You were perfect.

Huge, operatically dramatic and lingering hug to @mr1loveto for running the show outside like a surgeon.

Thanks to @makeawish_canada and @makeawishamerica for bringing Ryan and his excellent, funny, musical family to meet me and @thehughjackman backstage.

Thanks @jasonskrobar for making food so good, I forgave my enemies and no longer want to drink their blood. I want to send them a gift card to Tommy’s Wine Bar on Dundas.

Thanks @laineygossip for the random yet no less delightful hello in the hallway. (Check out her site. She writes nice. It’s sociology.)

And thank you to that theater full of Deadpools, Wolverines and X-Forcers who made enough noise to put the building on notice.

I’m lucky to have @thehughjackman and @slevydirect to lean on when I get a bit punch-drunk. We did it. And goddamn I miss being in Toronto. What a spot. One day I’ll have the lazy-lidded confidence to call it “The 6ix.” But that day isn’t today.”
