Stree 2 (2024)
Stree 2 is a Hindi-language Indian comedy horror film directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande. Maddock Films and Jio Studios Production companies are behind the production. This sequel to the 2018 film Stree tells the story of a witch who appears at night and kidnaps men who are alone. The next day, only their clothes are found.

Shraddha Kapoor uploaded three posters on her social media, revealing that only two days remained for the release of Stree 2 Trailer on July 18, 2024. In one post, she captioned, ‘Kaali taaqat se sabki raksha karne woh aa rahi hai bas 2 din mein!, #Stree2 Trailer Out In 2 Days! The legend returns this Independence Day, 15th August, 2024.’ In another, she captioned, ‘Aatank jab Chanderi par chhaya, tab sabko ek hi nara yaad aaya, O Stree Raksha Karna!’ Fans are incredibly excited, with one commenting, ‘Queen is coming to rule the box office,’ and another adding, ‘Excitement at its peak.’

The Stree 2 teaser, uploaded 10 days ago on JioStudios and Maddock Films YouTube channels, has garnered 10 million views so far. The teaser’s climax reveals Shraddha Kapoor’s terrifying horror look for Stree 2. The makers have revealed that this time, terror will strike Chanderi on Independence Day with the tagline, ‘Iss baar Chanderi mein azaadi ke din hoga aatank!’ Check out the official teaser here:
